1.0 What data does REL collect?
REL collects the following data:
· Personal identification information, including Name, email address, phone number
2.0 How does REL collect personal data?
Clients, Customers & Visitors (to be known collectively as Clients) directly provide REL with most of the data collected. REL collects data and processes data when Clients:
· contact REL staff via email, and/or meetings
· register online or place an order for any REL products and/or services.
· voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback via email.
REL may also receive personal data indirectly from the following sources:
· None
3.0 How will REL use personal data?
REL collects personal data so that it can process Client orders and manage their accounts. REL will not share any personal data with any other companies without written approval.
When REL processes an order, it may send personal data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies.
4.0 How does REL store personal data?
REL securely stores personal data on a secure computer server at its main facility located at 186 Watling Street East, Towcester, NN12 6DB. Only limited, and approved, members of staff have access to the data for the sole purposes described in this document. No paper copies of personal information will be retained. REL will keep any item of personal data for no more than 3 years. Once this time period has expired, it will be permanently delete by removing from the relevant computer server.
5.0 What are personal data protection rights?
REL would like to make sure all Clients are fully aware of all their personal data protection rights. Every Client is entitled to the following:
· The right to access - Every Client has the right to request REL for copies of their personal data. REL may charge a small fee for this service.
· The right to rectification - Every Client has the right to request that REL correct any information they believe is inaccurate. They also have the right to request REL to complete information they believe is incomplete.
· The right to erasure — Every Client has the right to request that REL erase their personal data, under certain conditions.
· The right to restrict processing - Every Client has the right to request that REL restrict the processing of their personal data, under certain conditions.
· The right to object to processing - Every Client has the right to object to REL's processing of their personal data, under certain conditions.
· The right to data portability - Every Client has the right to request that REL transfer the data that it has collected to another organization, or directly to the Client, under certain conditions.
If a client or customer makes a request, REL have one month to respond. Any Client can exercise any of these rights, by contacting REL at: See section 8.0.

The REL website may contain links to other websites. The REL privacy policy applies only to REL and its website.
7.0 Changes to the REL privacy policy.
REL keeps its privacy policy under regular review and places any updates in this document. This privacy policy was last updated on 7 July 2021.

9.0 How to contact the appropriate authority
Should you wish to report a complaint or if you feel that REL has not addressed your concern in a satisfactory manner, you may contact the Information Commissioner's Office. The Information Commissioner’s Office regulates the processing of personal data and it has enforcement powers and can investigate compliance with data protection law.
